I’m Teri, a Creative Director, a keen road cyclist, gardener and general lover of the great-outdoors.

In my last role I was Head of Global Creative at The Body Shop, I lead a multi-multidisciplinary team covering campaign creative and packaging design from concept through to craft across all brand channels. I am now actively looking for my next CD or GHOC role.

My motivation has always come from the knowledge that the work I do can have a positive impact on people’s lives. Whether that is through building teams and coaching individuals to meet their full potential or working with companies who are pushing boundaries to do business for good and creating work that makes an impact for their customers.

What do I do? I specialise in brand communications across all touch points, from directing teams to design award winning product packaging, to developing campaign ideas and art direction for content across all brand channels owned and paid. I am highly adaptable; in my career I have worked for creative agencies as much as I have in-house.

My team and peers describe me as an inspiring female role model. I am passionate about gender inclusivity, at The Body Shop I co-chaired their global gender committee promoting gender equity across company initiatives for employees and customers alike.
